It was pretty hard for the first year of my employment there, banyak banget hal sulit di tahun pertama gue antara lain : bos gue yang suka ga jelas sendiri, politik - politik yang suka mengkambing hitamkan gue, engineering manager yang super killer, gosip - gosip ga mengenakan, dan masih banyak hal keruwetan lainnya. But once again i say to you "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger". Tahun pertama berganti tahun kedua and i felt that i just can follow the rhythm, and my self modified to what it needs.
So many names i want to say thank you ... really hard to remember ... but in my brain just come up to this six :
1. Mr Husni Widianto, from him i really learn how to be a boss ... ahahaha, he always said about the difference between "Do things right" and "Do the right things".
2. Mrs. Marince , my lovely dept secretary, a pretty woman who never want to "pusing lah" with all gosip around her, i really like her style when overcome problems and overcome my boss strange attitude.
3. Mr. Handi Kristianto, who introduced me to all this frenzy, without him, i will never be the part of it. he made me expert every single day.
4. Mr. Desmond Chu, a man who was super perfect of everything, always screw me even of a very super small, atom-sized mistakes or even just for a bad morning of him. He was my nightmare but from him i learned how to protect my self, my asset and my future .... ahahahaha and he really a boss who made me clever every single day. without him i will never be so valuable. Hari - hari seperti di neraka when he was in charge as engineering manager, but i said to my self "siapa yang resign duluan", dan ternyata dia resign dulan ahahahha, rasanya seperti usainya Rezim Hitler.
5. Mr. Rathinam Senthil Kumar, he was a very special man who can see the deepest talents of mine, he gave me every single thing i want, he was the one who increased my salary for almost 50%, he was the one who decided to give me a Share options, and he was the one who gave me a flexible working time ... he treated me like a golden girl. He was an Operation manager when i came in and he was GM when i came out .... you deserve to get that Sir !
6. Mr. Han Fajar, who always become my adviser in the hard times.
